It is engineered with a reflective white, corona-treated PVDF fluoro-polymer backsheet and 3.2mm thick anti-reflective coated low-iron tempered glass to maximize light absorption and ensure long-term operational reliability. To prevent field mismatch losses, the panels feature a positive power tolerance of 0 to +4.99 W paired with current binning. Structurally, it is built with a silver-colored 6005-T6 grade anodized aluminum alloy frame certified to withstand heavy mechanical stress, resisting up to 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the back. The system is protected by a weatherproof, IP68 rated split junction box containing individual bypass diodes alongside PID and UV-resistant EVA encapsulant sheets, maintaining reliable operation in extreme environments ranging from -40C to +85C.
